POST YOUR WORK OUT LOGS, SPORTS STATS, ETC Mine come from a thread for my own in the member blogs area.... today: stretch, 15 mins ipod mixed shuffle style 15km route a laps left at 118 back at 258 dock 3 mins traffic, delays 97 minutes! not bad was very hot and humid lotta walk slow downs, bigtime issues, but anyways, turned out great! kept on truckin!!! :megaman:

cycling 15km route a mixed ipod left at 1620 57 minute lap one dock 2 mins of traffic delays LAP ONE 55MINS lap two completed at 1825 67 mins dock the same 2 mins of traffic 65 minute lap hence total is cycled 30 km in 2h 00m. :megaman: during my ride, it was an average of 34 degrees celsius with the humidex. 26 with a 69% humidity! lol, no wonder sweat was flying off me like I was a raincloud, lol;... big clunky friggin mountain bike! lol... im owned. :lol: |m|

Mountain biking 15km Hell city laps route A. Mixed vPod engaged... Left at 1748. :grin: grah. got half way through lap one, and had to stop from left calf cramps or a pull, not sure. was tearing it up, too, an awesome start. really hot though, 30 degrees celsius, and mega humid, probably 80%+! but anyways, 7.5 km approx, and 25 minutes the time... :badger:

vpod locked and loaded, 15km mountain bike hell city laps the path is slightly altered now for biking, it is all roads, etc., and big paths, no stairs and shite, with bike. K. still same distance, just a little diff... it's on! :megaman: Left at 0900 returned at 954, dock 3 mins detour/streetlights = 51 minutes new lap record! :badger:

mountain biking hell city 15km lap route A VPOD ENGAGED.... :megaman: left at 1310 BACK AT 1401 dock 2 mins traffic delays, etc 49 Minutes 15KM NEW MOUNTAIN BIKING HELL CITY LAP A RECORD JUST LIKE YESTERDAY!!!! Just edged it. Quite a bit hotter today, though - close to 30 celsius, and humid, but yesterday was about 20, earlier in the day. Anyways, A WEEKEND OF CHAMPIONSHIP IT BE!! WOOT!!! :badger: :badger: :badger:

:megaman: 15km laps running in kewl/warm 15ish degree celsius weather.......... vPod engaged.......... Left at 0930 Lap one 1040 did 10km in 70 mins. getting upgraded now... :lol:
