the norwegian justice department denied his parole again. they fear he is not ready to deal with life outside jail and is requesting a better system to prepare him.
varg himself says wtf? he has a house, family and a job that awaits him, so he don't understand what system needs to be there for him when he gets out. (system = the welfare system)
the government is simply afraid of being unpopular when it comes to the most unpopular prisoners.

Man, heard nothing of it! Ridiculous he's not gotten out yet, seems very unfair treatment compared to others in their system!
