What do you do for exercise?
I walk to work (20 minutes each way) at a really fast pace, I walk pretty much everywhere I need to go. Also, I do yoga (although not often enough), sporadic exercise DVDs (tae bo, kickboxing, etc). But most of all I dance. I dance freestyle often and so hard that I'm tired. I love dancing. When I go to a dance party, I dance hard all night (I don't go to raves). I'm not good at dancing slow or calmly. I get bored. What do you do for exercise?

I guess I walk a fair bit. UB is a huge campus, and it takes even longer to get places in the winter because the tunnels that go from building to building can be a tad out of the way. I also make a specific effort to exercise, mostly late at night. I used to be better with this, but since I've been busy, I've been slacking When I was in my best shape, I'd run in place for twenty minutes to a half an hour, do this ab workout I got from an issue of seventeen magazine (it's a killer workout too - - lol, I don't think I can finish it anymore...but I've gotta try to get back to it), and this leg thing I got from eight minute ab and buns (or something with a title to that effect) Lately I've been doing like five minutes jogging in place and like thirty sit ups.... and not too often. I also have these three pound weights Which I realize is like nothing.... but with repetition and all that, they have kept my arms from getting very squishy. Well they did, like I said, I've been slacking.

oooh, and I forgot I love late-night hula hooping. but... Haven't been doing that much lately, either. Though, I did last night until my side cramped.
